Staff Application

Read this section carefully.
If you ask a staff member a question about the hiring process that pertains to something already answered here, we'll know that you didn't read it.

How We Select:
When an ER position becomes available, all applications will be reviewed once more before the decision. After reviewing the applications, we will then judge you based on your attitude/integrity/experience/maturity/etc. Once these requirements have been satisfied, you will then (if chosen) be selected for ER. You will be contacted if and only if you are a candidate for selection. Don't ask us if you've been picked. You'll know whether or not you get an email.

DO NOT approach staff members in the zone inquiring them about the status of your application. This is how it works: If you are hired, you are contacted. That is all.

If you are not picked for a certain job, then you will be placed in our database and the next time there is an opening we will review your application again and see if you have either improved or are the best of the current batch. You may update your application at any time by re-submitting it, making sure you state that it is a re-submitted application at the top. To remove your self from the database fill in you real name and in the "further comments" question (below) state your desire to be removed.

Remember, filling out an application DOES NOT guarantee you will become an ER.

Job Description:
The job of a ER is to host events/squadwars using a online bot or doing it solo. ERs will have their own special arena where they have the same powers as Mods do. Set a good example at all times whether it is obeying game or event rules, talking in public chat, and in the way you respond to questions people ask is very important. Treating everyone the way you would like them to treat you is generally your best bet, no matter how they may be toward you. Mods/ERs who do not adequately perform up to these standards WILL be removed from staff.

Application Questions:
Please answer these questions honestly.  Honesty is a trait we value highly. Also, please go over each question carefully.
